Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager in the handling, assessment, and processing of claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and customer-focused claims services to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor, track, and review outstanding claims regularly to expedite investigations and achieve timely claim settlements.
- Any tertiary qualifications
- SPM/STPM
- 2 years in Motor Third Party Property Damage claims handling will be added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Relevant Computer Skills.
