Job Description
Role Purpose
Support the Family Relations & Governance (FRG) team in planning, preparing and delivering Family Workshops and related projects, with an initial focus on creative design and workshop materials.
This role is suitable for a candidate with a graphic design, visual communication or creative media background who enjoys working with people and is interested in developing beyond design into workshop development, client engagement, facilitation and Family Relations & Governance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Family Workshop & Client Support
- Assist with the planning, preparation and delivery of Family Workshops.
- Join client meetings and assist with workshop arrangements and follow-up.
- Coordinate with clients, hotels, venues and other relevant parties on workshop requirements and logistics.
- Prepare, organize and ensure all workshop materials and resources are ready for use.
- Provide on-site support during workshops and gradually learn to facilitate selected workshop activities.
2. Creative Design, Games & Activities
- Design and prepare visual materials for Family Workshops, including presentations, games and activity resources.
- Develop creative games and interactive activities for Family Workshops.
- Prepare instructions and materials for workshop games and activities.
- Gather feedback and refine games and activities after workshops.
3. FRG Content & Promotion
- Design and prepare FRG presentations, proposals, client materials and other visual content.
- Create and edit post-workshop videos, workshop highlights and FRG promotional content.
- Support the development of creative content to promote Family Workshops and other FRG-related initiatives across relevant communication channels.
- Work with other departments on organizational video, branding and communication materials when required.
4. FRG Project Support
- Assist with basic research and content preparation related to Family Relations, Family Governance, Family Business and related topics.
- Support FRG project coordination, documentation and follow-up activities.
- Organize and maintain workshop resources, templates, creative assets and activity materials.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client and family information.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, Marketing Communications or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite video editing skills would be an advantage.
- Comfortable using AI tools for design, content creation, research and productivity, with a willingness to explore and learn new technologies.
- Strong visual sense with a good understanding of layout, typography and presentation design.
- Creative thinker who enjoys developing games, activities and interactive experiences, rather than focusing only on graphic design.
- Enjoys working with people and families across different generations, and is comfortable interacting with workshop participants.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive, organized, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Willing to travel and attend client meetings, Family Workshops and off-site activities when required.
