Responsible for the accounting and finance operations of the company
Maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk
Ensure the reported results comply with accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results including the production of periodic financial reports
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting policies and standard
Analyze financial results - including corrective actions to address adverse performance and to reconcile financial discrepancies
Provide visionary and insightful information to aid in both long-term and short term decision making (eg. Revenue projection)
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary to ensure timely completion of audits and tax submissions
Track Company's financial performance and status to distinguish areas of potential improvements
Ensure financial and business-related legislative compliances are met
Perform any ad-hoc assignments relating to management accounting issues
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, and professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc.)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Meticulous with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Office & Accounting Software
