We're seeking a creative leader to join us as a Senior Graphic Designer. You'll shape the visual identity of our brand across campaigns, marketing, and digital channels, turning strategic briefs into bold, impactful designs. This role combines hands-on design, creative mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver work that truly stands out.
What You'll Do
Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of high-impact visual content across advertising, branded content, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns.
Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback on design execution, creativity, and technical skills.
Oversee the creative workflow from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion of all projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and client services, to develop innovative design solutions that drive engagement and brand growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends, design tools, and emerging visual technologies to continually elevate creative output.
Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and rationale, and iterating based on feedback.
Take ownership of ad hoc creative initiatives and special projects as assigned by management.
Who You Are
Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design/Creative Arts/Visual Arts or relevant field with minimum of 1-3 years experience as a graphic designer.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design etc.
Attentive to details, positive and self driven team player
