Junior Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, ideas, and visual storytelling to join our creative team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines, with internship experience in a creative or advertising agency. You'll work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and the wider creative team to develop and execute creative work across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
• Support the creative team in brainstorming and developing visual concepts based on campaign briefs.
• Create layouts and artwork with strong attention to typography, colour, composition, and detail.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Creative Directors, and the Client Servicing Team to bring ideas to life.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions while maintaining the quality of the work.
• Prepare artwork for digital and print applications.
• Stay updated on design trends, culture, creative technology, and visual communication.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in a creative/advertising agency or design studio is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or personal design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of design fundamentals, typography, colour, composition, and layout.
• Creative and conceptually minded, with an interest in turning ideas into visual stories.
• Good communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow within a creative team.
