Junior HR (Recruitment)

Looking to start your career in HR but don't want a typical admin-based HR role Join our team and gain hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Advisory, where you'll work closely with both candidates and clients.

What You'll Do:

• Manage an end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements
• Conduct talent sourcing and executive search for different positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Gain exposure to business development and recruitment consulting

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales or similar roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive and comfortable speaking with different people
• Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in Recruitment and HR
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage
