Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior IT Technical & Application Support position located in Klang. The role involves providing technical support & installation of hardware/software related matters, troubleshooting IT issues, communicating with team members and clients, and assisting in project management tasks. Specifically responsible in application & technical support on SQL Accounting, Autocount Accounting, Point of sales system etc.

• Technical Support and Information Technology skills
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge in SQL Accounting/Autocount Accounting & POS/Payroll system, Odoo ERP is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Project Management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail
• Relevant IT certifications or diploma
• Junior/Entry level position, fresh graduate are welcome
• Willing to work in Klang
• Travel On-site Required.
