Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advisory services. The role also includes assisting with real estate transactions, corporate matters, and wills & probate cases. The candidate will work closely with senior lawyers to gain insight and experience in various legal areas.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents, and Legal Advisory
• Conveyancing knowledge and experience in handling projects, sub-sale is a must.
• Knowledge in Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Matters, Wills & Probate
• Interest to explore corporate M&A and IPO is encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification
• Must be called to Malaysian Bar
• Experience in a law firm or legal department is compulsory
