We are looking for a Junior Lifecycle Specialist to support lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, and automation across the user journey. Marketo will be your main platform, and you will work closely with internal teams across Product, BI, Tech, and Marketing to help deliver campaigns that are operationally sound and commercially meaningful. The shape of this role closely reflects the broader marketing ops direction already visible in PU Prime's public hiring, where lifecycle, automation, funnel optimization, app/web integration, and data flow are tightly connected.

This is a strong fit for someone who is reliable, analytical, and quietly obsessed with getting the details right. This is not a press send on emails role. You'll work on real lifecycle problems: conversion bottlenecks, event-triggered journeys, internal system dependencies, segmentation challenges, and user behavior patterns that need both logic and judgment. If you want to become genuinely good at lifecycle marketing, this role gives you that runway.

What you'll do

  • Build, schedule, QA, and optimize lifecycle campaigns in Marketo
  • Support automated journeys across channels such as email, push, or other owned channels
  • Create and manage audience segments using behavioral, transactional, and lifecycle data
  • Read raw exports, event-level data, dashboards, and internal reports to develop practical targeting logic
  • Support lifecycle work across key stages such as acquisition, activation, verification/KYC, deposits, trading activity, retention, and reactivation
  • Partner with the wider marketing team, BI, Tech, and other internal stakeholders to troubleshoot campaign logic and data issues
  • Help maintain campaign hygiene across suppression logic, exclusions, naming conventions, QA, and reporting
  • Assist with A/B testing, journey optimization, and campaign performance analysis

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaign Operations, or Growth Ops
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo preferred
  • Comfortable working with in-house systems, changing business rules, and non-perfect data environments
  • Able to interpret raw data and convert it into audience logic or campaign rules
  • Strong attention to detail and a good instinct for QA
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both marketers and technical teams
  • Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in fintech, trading, app-based products, or regulated industries
  • Exposure to push, app events, webhooks, APIs, JSON, or event tracking
  • Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust or Marketo
  • Experience working on activation, retention, or reactivation journeys
