Speedy Tigers is a proudly Malaysian isotonic drink made for Malaysians, by Malaysians. Inspired by national sport and built for everyday movement, we're a young brand focused on better hydration, community, and showing up in the spaces where Malaysians play, move, and live. We work with an external creative agency for social media content production and campaigns, and we're now looking for an in-house Junior Marketing Associate to help bring those ideas to life.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting Speedy Tigers marketing endeavors across multiple touchpoints in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It entails working closely with our founders, internal teams, and external agency partners to create social content, coordinate campaigns, assist with events and promotions, and help manage the day-to-day marketing needs of a growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact between Speedy Tigers team and our external marketing agency
• Coordinate timelines, feedback, and deliverables across campaigns and social media content
• Assist in developing brand and content ideas alongside the founders and marketing agency
• Create social content for Speedy Tigers TikTok and Instagram channels
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Attend and support events, pop-ups, activations, and partnerships on the ground (occasionally on weekends)
• Track social media performance and assist with reporting, insights, and trend analysis
• Handle any other marketing tasks that come with building a young brand

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Communications, Events, or a related field (F&B or sports experience is a big plus!)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working with external agencies with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communicator with a self-directed attitude
• Comfortable attending events across Kuala Lumpur and assisting with needs on the ground
• Familiar with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Canva
• Curious, proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
