Role Description<

The Junior Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This position supports the planning and execution of roadshows, events, and brand activation activities, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and assisting with on-ground setup. The role involves engaging directly with customers, presenting brand messages, gathering feedback, and helping track campaign performance. The role also includes participating in internal training, mentorship, and leadership development programs to build marketing and communication capabilities.

Qualifications
Ability to engage confidently in face-to-face customer interactions, presentations, and brand ambassador activities.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts, event promotion, and brand positioning, with an interest in sales and business growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with diverse audiences.
Organizational and time-management skills to support event logistics, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn through hands-on experience and feedback.
Motivation to grow into leadership roles, with an interest in personal development and mentorship.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Kuala Lumpur is an advantage.
