Junior OCP Engineer

 Job Summary

We are looking for a detailoriented Junior OCP Engineer to support and maintain enterprisegrade container platforms within a banking environment The role involves managing OpenShift Container Platform OCP built on Kubernetes ensuring secure compliant and highly available containerized services The ideal candidate will have strong Linux administration skills and handson exposure to OCP Kubernetes and container technologies DockerCRIO

 Key Responsibilities

 Support installation configuration and maintenance of OCP clusters

 Monitor troubleshoot and optimize KubernetesOCP environments

 Manage Linux systems RHEL preferred

 Work with container runtimes DockerCRIO

 Ensure compliance with banking SLAs and regulations

 Implement security and patching controls

 Support application onboarding and containerization

 Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams

 Follow ITIL processes incident change problem management

 Contribute to automation using Ansible

 Maintain documentation and audit records

 Support disaster recovery DR planning

 Required Qualifications

 Bachelors degree in IT or related field

 3-5 years relevant experience

 Handson OCP experience

 Strong Linux administration skills

 Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts

 Experience with DockerCRIO

 Familiarity with ITIL processes

 Strong problemsolving skills

 Preferred Qualifications

 Experience with Ansible

 CICD tools Jenkins GitLab

 Knowledge of security and compliance practices

 Exposure to enterprise infrastructure

 Certifications RHCSA RHCE OpenShift CKA

 Experience in hybridcloud environments
