Junior Operations Executive (Chinese Speaking)

We are expanding rapidly across Asia, and we are looking for a Chinese-speaking Operations Executive / Intern to join our KL office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

1️. KYC & Compliance Support

• Review and verify client KYC documents
• Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation records

2️. Account Opening & Client Operations

• Assist clients with account opening procedures
• Handle account amendments and platform setup
• Provide basic platform troubleshooting

3️. Client Enquiries & Front-Line Support

• Respond to client enquiries in Mandarin & English (WeChat / Telegram / Email)
• Guide clients on trading conditions and platform usage
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure smooth client experience

4️. Cross Team Coordination

• Support Sales team with daily operational matters
• Prepare basic operational reports (KYC status, account updates, checklists)
• Assist in improving SOPs and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking (Chinese) — mandatory as we are targeting Mandarin-speaking market
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts (5 working days per week)

Salary / Allowance

• Full-Time: RM3,300 – RM4,500
• Internship: Monthly allowance RM500 - RM1,500
