Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Junior Operations Executive in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies with regard to customer retention
• Active support of the sales team with pricing in the tender phase
• Project management and coordination
• Responsible for the complete area of customs clearance in close cooperation with colleagues internationally and agents
• Expansion and development of supplier relationships
• Follow-up & forwarding of supplier LOP's / subcontractor PO's
• Supporting the Operations Manager in matters of insurance claims, monthly file closure and reporting
• Preparation and processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Supporting the finance and accounting team on issues related to payment tracking, cash flow management, invoicing and cost posting

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Incoterms is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably with a degree in Logistics Management or a related field
