We are expanding rapidly across different regions, and we are looking for a Chinese-speaking Operations Executive / Intern to join our KL office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced trading environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. KYC & Compliance Support*

Review and verify client KYC documents

* Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards

* Assist in maintaining proper documentation records

*2. Account Opening & Client Operations*

* Assist clients with account opening procedures

* Handle account amendments and platform setup

* Provide basic platform troubleshooting

*3. Client Enquiries & Front-Line Support*

* Respond to client enquiries in Mandarin & English (WeChat / Telegram / Email)

* Guide clients on trading conditions and platform usage

* Work closely with CS & BD teams to ensure smooth client experience

*4. Sales & Operations Coordination*

* Support BD team with daily operational matters

* Prepare basic operational reports (KYC status, account updates, checklists)

* Assist in improving SOPs and workflow efficiency

*Requirements*

* Mandarin-speaking (Chinese) — mandatory as we are targeting Mandarin-speaking market

* Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible

* Fresh graduates are welcome

* Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts (5 working days per week)

*Salary / Allowance*

*Full-Time:* RM3,500

*Internship:* Monthly allowance RM500 – RM1,800
