Junior Process Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in Penang, supporting the qualification and commissioning of test rigs for advanced manufacturing systems. This role will involve hands-on testing, data analysis, documentation, and close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Commissioning and qualification of precision air conditioning systems
• Independent organization of commissioning with other organizational units
• Independent handling of repairs and complaints
• Support in the preparation of maintenance and acceptance reports
• Technical development of existing precision air conditioning systems, collaboration in the development and technical design of new applications
• Independent and conscientious documentation of the work performed

Qualifications

• Degree in the field of process engineering, supply engineering, or electrical engineering
• Professional experience, ideally in the field of air conditioning or ventilation technology
• Strong service awareness and customer focus
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve workflows and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment on-site
• Prior experience in high-tech or manufacturing industries is advantageous
