Junior Procurement / Purchasing

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational background in Diploma of Procurement, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any relevant subject.
• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in purchasing/product development or a related field.
• Willing to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Responsibilities

• To track and manage production orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordinating any required changes.
• To conduct market research to identify pricing trends, evaluate supplier offers, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• To assist in new product development, including product analysis and market trend evaluation.
• To prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) for restocking existing products and new product orders.
• To support submission and management of applications related to company products, including licenses, certifications, and regulatory approvals (e.g., MC mark, MylРО, МАСР, KPDN, KDN).
• To assist in product compliance matters, including food labelling requirements and related documentation.
