Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of internal digital platforms that enable merchant operations, workflow automation and business productivity.
This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, user experience and system adoption across internal stakeholders and merchant-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support feature development and optimisation of internal business platforms and digital tools
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales and Technology teams to identify workflow improvement opportunities
- Assist in digitalisation initiatives such as process automation, reporting dashboards and system enhancements
- Coordinate product testing, rollout support and user feedback consolidation
- Maintain product documentation, SOP improvements and knowledge base updates
- Monitor product usage trends and assist in performance analysis
- Support cross-market implementation and alignment activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in product operations, digital product support, fintech, SaaS or operational transformation roles
- Strong coordination skills with structured execution mindset
- Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and proactive learner

- Exposure to merchant solutions, payments ecosystem or operational systems
- Experience supporting internal productivity tools or workflow platforms
