Junior Product Manager

About the role

We've built agentic accounting software covering bookkeeping, fund management, and asset management. The product is live and we are now focused on getting customers to adopt it.

This role owns the product experience during that phase: finding where users have problems, deciding what to fix, and working with engineering to ship the fixes.

It is a hands-on role in a small team. You will hold several product areas at once and move between customer calls, specifications, and release support in the same week. There is no one to hand the smaller tasks to.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience for assigned product areas, from problem definition to release.
• Talk to customers and observe how they use the product.
• Improve how the product shows users what the agent did, so users can check and confirm the work.
• Write specifications and work with engineering on delivery.
• Set priorities and decide what does not get built.
• Support customer support, QA, and onboarding as needed.
• Switch between several product areas and task types in the same week without losing track of what is open.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst on a B2B software product.
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, or fintech, or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Clear written communication in English.
• Ability to prioritise with limited information.
• Comfortable running several threads at once and picking up work outside a fixed job scope.
• Comfortable working in a small team without established processes.

Preferred

• Background in bookkeeping, audit, fund operations, or asset management.
• Experience with AI or agentic products where users review system output.
• Experience taking a product from early customers to wider adoption.
