HIRING: JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR (CYBERSECURITY TPSA)

Are you an aspiring Cybersecurity or Project Management professional looking for your first big break We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our Technology Governance team in Kuala Lumpur!

Working directly under the TPSA Process Owner, you will learn the ins and outs of Third-Party Risk Management and help secure our digital ecosystem.

Role Overview:

• Tenure: 12-Month Contract
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Level: Entry-Level / Junior (Great for Fresh Grads!)
• Focus: Cybersecurity Governance & Risk (TPSA)

What You Will Do:

• Workflow Support: Coordinate the intake and tracking of security assessments for third-party vendors.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between business units, assessors, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Reporting: Maintain dashboards, tracking sheets, and weekly status updates for the Cybersecurity team.
• Issue Tracking: Identify blockers early and work with the Process Owner to resolve risks before they escalate.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide input on how to make our security assessment templates and workflows even better.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• The Essentials: Strong organizational skills and a can-do proactive attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. (Knowledge of Jira or ServiceNow is a plus!)
• The Attribute: Someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable seeking guidance.
