Junior Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in cost control, preparing BOQs, managing cost planning and reporting, and supporting overall cost management activities. Daily tasks will include evaluating project costs, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with project teams to ensure budget compliance and financial efficiency.

• Proficient in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
