Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Kelana Jaya or Batu Pahat. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost estimation and control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project costs, planning budgets, and preparing cost reports. Daily activities will focus on ensuring projects are delivered within budget and according to financial protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost control and cost management processes
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in cost planning and cost reporting
• Understanding of construction contracts and project cost analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., RICS or equivalent) are an advantage
