Job Summary:

We are hiring a Reporting & Analytics Analyst to support data reporting and analysis functions within the banking industry. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support internal business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze raw data and convert it into actionable insights
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Support internal stakeholders with data-driven decision-making
• Gather and understand reporting requirements from business users
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data reporting

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with Qlik (QlikView / Qlik Sense) is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Exposure to dashboarding and reporting tools
