Junior Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive based in Petaling Jaya. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing potential leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include contacting prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client needs are met. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a focus on delivering results.

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital communication strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with the real estate or marketing industry is an advantage
