Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive supports the marketing internal and external communications, as well as developing, coordinating, and executing campaign-related materials across multiple platforms. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, accurate, and effective partner communications, and meaningful engagement with target audiences.
Job Descriptions
- Manage internal and external communications related to marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Design, adapt, and coordinate campaign materials for multiple platforms, including mobile applications, websites, social media, print collateral, and advertisement spaces.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand identity and design guidelines, while expanding creative concepts to meet marketing objectives
- Liaise with partners to communicate the latest campaigns and provide accurate, platform-optimised visuals and materials in a timely manner.
- Ensure promotional messaging is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels.
- Assist in handling enquiries, comments, and reviews across digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop social media content that increases follower growth and engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of social media postings, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Prepare marketing-related memos, briefs, and administrative documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal departments to support smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in keeping the department documentation and filing in order.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Chinese is added as an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital engagement, and basic content performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity design, and some experience in both digital and print design.
- Basic skills in photography and videography.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and innovation in design execution.
- A proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
