Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Perak, Malaysia. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting SHINGEN's automation solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the team to customize solutions that align with clients needs. The Junior Sales Executive will also ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and facilitating a seamless sales process.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, including the ability to identify potential clients and foster strong client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to Conduct Market Research and Analyze Data to identify trends and new business growth opportunities.
  • Presentation and Negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling proposals and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly in automation or technical industries, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to speak multiple languages, especially Bahasa Malaysia and English, is a plus.
