This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Sales Executive based in Subang Jaya. The Junior Sales Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging with prospects, handling client communications, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the team to develop innovative strategies. The role also entails maintaining accurate sales records and staying updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and persuasive abilities
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities
• Sales and negotiation skills to secure client partnerships and drive results
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is a bonus
