Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Representative role based in Petaling Jaya. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team in identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Envicion Studio's marketing and branding services to property developers and other brands. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and sales presentations, and assisting in follow-up and pipeline management. The role involves coordinating with internal creative and account teams to ensure client needs are accurately translated into solutions, maintaining sales reports and records, and contributing to campaigns and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, comfortable engaging with clients, and eager to grow into a consultative sales role within a creative agency environment.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to present ideas confidently to clients and colleagues.
• Basic sales and customer relationship skills, such as lead generation, client follow-up, and an understanding of sales pipelines or CRM tools.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in marketing, branding, or digital media, especially within property or real estate-related sectors.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail when preparing proposals, reports, and client documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Petaling Jaya, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools; exposure to CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
• Previous internship or junior experience in sales, account management, or marketing is an added benefit but not mandatory.
