Junior / Senior Software Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain UI (Web, Mobile App), API automation suites and test cases.
• Work with product managers, software engineers, data analysts and product designers to create test plans and test their impact to business metrics.
• Actively participating in product scoping and design review.
• Be part of on-call for your team's products and services, and assists in post-mortems for any incidents.
• Track and report QA metrics and collaborate with engineers to improve the project's Health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in testing in a medium or large scale agile software development environment for Cloud, SaaS or Web applications or experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
• Experience with designing, planning and implementing test scenarios, and leading software QA processes.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of web services, its common HTTP methods and JSON format
• Experience with Jira or relevant project tracking tools
• Excellent team player, goal oriented, good communication and negotiation Skills.
• Keen eye to detail and have solid initiative to raise alarms when necessary.
• Proficient with at least one language commonly used for web or full stack development (Javascript, Typescript, Python etc.) and understanding of web Technologies.
• Hands-on mobile development experience in either Java / Kotlin or Objective-C / Swift
