About The Role
This role will own and be responsible for engagement inside the theAsianparent social media channels.
Job Scopes:
- Planned, created, and managed content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- Built and executed monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns
- Tracked and analyzed KPIs (engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, leads generated)
- Optimized content based on analytics and audience insights
- Coordinated influencer collaborations and partnerships
- Managed online communities, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Supported crisis communication and maintained brand reputation online
Core Skills:- Content strategy & calendar planning
- Advanced copywriting (brand tone, storytelling, call-to-action writing)
- Performance analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, native platform insights)
- Basic SEO & hashtag strategy for organic reach
- Community management & reputation handling
- Collaboration with design, commercial, community, and influencer teams
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva Pro)
- Fluent in Malay and English
