Key Responsibilities:
- Executing day-to-day operations related to EDMs, app push notifications, and bonus distribution
- Coordinating with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to resolve user issues and optimize workflows
- Monitoring user journeys to identify friction points and propose actionable improvements
- Assisting in performance tracking, campaign data reporting, and insights generation
- Managing internal documentation, trackers, and workflow tools to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Preparing regular data reports and assisting in performance analysis
- Supporting the end-to-end process of EDM and in-app messaging campaigns
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced or high-growth industry; fintech experience is a plus, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- A proactive team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with operations tools, CRM systems, and basic data handling is a plus
