Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer & Webflow Developer. The role involves creating and designing user-centered mockups, wireframes, and prototypes, developing and managing responsive websites on Webflow, and enhancing user experience (UED) and visual aesthetics. Collaboration with team members to interpret design briefs and optimize user engagement will be a key responsibility.

Webflow Frontend Designer Core Skills & Requirements

13 years experience building and designing in Figma to Webflow.

Strong design eyecreates visually engaging and user-focused UI/UX.

Proficient in Webflow (layouts, CMS, interactions, animation basics).

Improving site structure, responsiveness, animations, and CMS

Cleaning up existing Webflow elements to match a premium aesthetic

Solid grasp of responsive designsite must look great on all screen sizes.

Optimizing loading speed and Ensuring everything feels smooth on mobile

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (can tweak code as needed).

Detail-oriented: produces polished, pixel-perfect work.

Eager to learn and implement programmatic SEO and flexible with templates.

Up-to-date with design/UX trends and excited to experiment with new tools.

Problem-solving attitude, able to troubleshoot and suggest site improvements.

Clear communicator, able to collaborate directly and turn business needs into effective digital solutions.

Must Have Skills

Proficient in Figma and Webflow experience

Solid grip on interactions, responsive layouts, CMS

Ability to turn a reference design into a clean Webflow build

Basic understanding of site speed, structure, spacing and typography

Ability to communicate clearly and meet timelines
