Job descriptions:
- Collect market production order demand information and complete the entire process from order placement to export customs declaration through the online order system.
- Track the shipment status after dispatch, prepare customs clearance documents, and ensure smooth customs clearance upon arrival.
- Monitor the inventory status of KD materials at the factory, provide effective feedback, and adjust the KD material shipping plan accordingly.
- Collect detailed information on missing production parts at the factory, arrange supplementary orders and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay communication. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus. We are also seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Should have work experience in handling the entire process from order placement to export customs.
- Familiar with Overseas order management and well-versed in overall business exception handling processes.
- Candidates with certain logistics and customs clearance agency resources will be given priority consideration.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
