Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Payroll Executive who will report to the Payroll Supervisor as part of our dynamic team.

How you will contribute

> Payroll Support - Entirely in charge of all brands under the Kering Group.

> Geographic Coverage SEA (6 markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia)

A. Payroll Management

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner for the assigned countries.
  • Manage payroll service providers (vendors) and in-house payroll processing workflows; ensure payroll payments and reports are delivered consistently, accurately and on time in accordance with company policies & procedures, and in compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
  • Provide a full spectrum of payroll functions, including data collection & transmission, payroll journal entries and payroll checking in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform off-cycle pay run as requested by brands.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate records in the Share Drive for audits.

B. Monthly Closing Report

  • Prepare monthly closing data, including but not limited to payroll, accruals, as requested by the brand.
  • Headcount reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll journal
  • Withholding tax & Deposit received management

C. Withholding Tax & Year-end tax

  • Provide accurate information on tax laws and communicate with all employees
  • Follow-up and execution for year-end tax settlement
  • Execute monthly, semi-annual, and yearly income tax returns according to local legislation requirements.

D. Audit

  • Preparation and follow up yearly external and internal audit procedure and audit meeting
  • Participate in interviews related to audit

E. System Management and Implementation

  • Monitor integration flow from Workday to local HRIS, such as Prosoft for SEA
  • Check for system updates in accordance with regular statutory contributions and tax law changes and request from the company.
  • Participate in the system implementation and integration projects.
  • Work with system vendors or IT team for troubleshooting and enhancements.

F. Others

  • Handle Kering Connect tickets relating to payroll enquiries from Brand HR or employees
  • Extract and report data when requested by brands (list of employees, etc.)
  • Identify areas for automation or streamlining within the payroll process to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.

Who you are

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in business/ HR
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
  • Proficient in payroll system/ Workday
  • Organized, meticulous and able to work with little supervision
  • Good communication and team player
