JOB PURPOSE
To meet and exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting and selling logistic services through professional sales techniques, product services and long term customer relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Responsible to service and building strong repo with existing customer assigned by management and further develop new trade lane
Coordinate and handling daily activities with Freight Customer Service Department (Import/ Export)
Issue eSAM quotations
To attend sales lead and oversee freight inquiries
To attend and handle customer complaint/ questions in proactive manner
To attend and participate meetings and trainings
To attend local customers inquiries by providing accurate price promptly
Maintain account receivables in accordance to agreed credit terms and limits, and in compliance with company objectives
To undertake other assignment from the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years sales working experience in related field (forwarding/transportation/freight industry) Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent
Strong analytical and organization skills
Strong forwarding industry knowledge and logistics product
Accuracy and meticulous
Persistent and consistent
Sense of responsibility, open mind set and willing to accept criticism/ correction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, Power point)
Proficient in English and Malay
Able to adapt to a fast pace environment
Instilled with a can do and positive attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
