Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Key Account Management (Sales Communication) role involves managing and developing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Primary responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining regular communication with clients to foster business growth. The role also requires strategic account development by identifying new opportunities and aligning our services with client goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Key Account Management to effectively handle and grow client portfolios.
  • Strong skills in Key Account Development and Customer Service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical skills for identifying opportunities, solving problems, and creating data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in training, corporate learning, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
