Responsibilities

Proven track record of successful in key account management, sales or business development experience for Managerial Position.
Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in Precision Engineering, EMS, Medical, Aerospace, Automotive or Semicon manufacturing industry. However, candidate with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of precision engineering processes and solutions will be an added advantage.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Willingness to travel to industry events and client meetings as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and digital marketing tools.
