Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for key customers
Maintain strong communication with customer project managers and stakeholders.
Organize and leadmonthly customer meetings and provide project status updates.
Understand and manageclient project requirements to ensure service satisfaction.
2. Project Delivery Management
Track and manageoverall project status, including schedule, progress and man-day utilization.
Organizeproject kick-off meetings for new projects.
Conductrequirement analysis for new customer requests or project changes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
3. Onsite Team Coordination
Maintainonsite engineer name list and manpower planning.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for project execution.
Support team organization and resource allocation for project delivery.
4. Incident & Issue Management
Monitor and manageproject issues and incidents.
Prepare and submitincident reports when required.
Assign and follow up withPIC (Person in Charge) to ensure timely resolution.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and manageservice reports for completed work.
Ensure proper documentation for project records and customer reporting.
6. Operational Support
Support daily project operations and service delivery activities.
Monitor manpower usage and basic operational costs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inIT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
35 years experience in IT services, data center operations, or project delivery.
Experience working withdata center equipment, servers, or network infrastructure is preferred.
Good understanding ofproject coordination and customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate withcustomers, engineers, and internal teams.
Fluent inEnglish; Mandarin is an advantage.
