As we scale, we are looking for a high-energy sales professional to dominate both the private and public healthcare markets in Malaysia.

Job Summary:

As a Key Account Manager, your primary mission is to drive aggressive revenue growth and market penetration. You will act as a hunter to secure new business while simultaneously serving as a farmer to identify upselling opportunities within the private and government sector accounts. You will work closely with senior leadership to influence market entry strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Acquisition

  • Market Penetration: Spearhead the entry of Encore Med's Integrated Care Ecosystem into private and government hospitals in Malaysia.
  • Network Leveraging: Utilize your existing network of key decision-makers and budget holders to build a robust pipeline and close high-value deals swiftly.
  • Tender Management: Navigate the full private and public sector procurement cycle, including mastering budgeting processes, tender requirements, and complex approval chains.
  • Lead Generation: Actively open new accounts and generate new business opportunities through a proactive, results-driven approach.

2. Strategic Account Growth

  • Revenue Optimization: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned key accounts.
  • Consultative Selling: Present and promote Encore Med's full range of digital health solutions, tailoring proposals to meet the specific strategic needs of top-tier private & government hospitals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans tailored to customer objectives to ensure long-term revenue retention and expansion.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and sales orders that highlight the ROI of our AI-driven ecosystem.

3. Sales Operations & Market Intelligence

  • Pipeline Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management review using CRM tools.
  • Marketing Support: Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to generate leads and strengthen the brand's presence in the public and private healthcare space.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather market and client feedback to contribute to product enhancements that drive future sales competitiveness.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a demonstrable record of over-achievement in software, SaaS, or complex tech systems.
  • Established Network: Strong, high-level relationships within healthcare centres, government hospitals, and the MOH will be considered a significant advantage for this role.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in English and Malay is essential, while Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Drive: A self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives with minimal supervision and possesses a hunter mentality.
