Job Description

We're looking for Key Account Manager who can provide a stellar client service experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for the digital world. In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker & planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to clients regularly regarding digital marketing & social media management (Understanding of digital eco-system is a must.)
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.
  • Take the lead on ad-hoc initiatives or campaign-based projects as and when required, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards.
  • Conduct periodic client satisfaction check-ins and manage post-campaign surveys to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day project elements, and work closely with internal teams (eg: creative, digital marketing) to provide solutions to project challenges as they occur
  • Project manage to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns (including accurate communications with clients expectations, keeping track of the quality standards of work produced & meeting timelines) for a variety of the agency's clients
  • Responsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other client administrative support as needed
  • Attend client meetings as their consultant and partner as needed
  • Report to Operations Lead, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
  • Meticulous and strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Understanding of digital eco-system is a must
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages will be an added advantage
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
