Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the implementation of strategic customer plans across all Etika Group categories.
  • Serve as the primary representative of Etika Group within the customer's organization, ensuring smooth operational execution of strategic growth initiatives.
  • Act as the key negotiator with customers on trading terms and category development strategies.
  • Consolidate sales forecasts for the assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with the company's budget and targets.
  • Identify business opportunities and gaps and proactively implement solutions to achieve budget goals and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Manage trade spend in accordance with company guidelines, with a strong focus on maximizing return on investment within the assigned portfolios.
  • Translate sales development plans into effective trade execution, driving both quantitative and qualitative KPIs. Oversee Below-the-Line (BTL) implementation by leveraging operation team and merchandising partner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field in Business Studies is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant business function, such as Trade Marketing. Experience in FMCG key account management is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented and KPI-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives. A proven track record of success is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in people management is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driving license, own transport, and be willing to travel as required.
