Job Description
- Manage and expand existing key accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain long‑term, strategic relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Lead technical and commercial discussions, including product specifications, costing, and project coordination.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, technical, and quality teams to ensure product and service excellence.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and execution of annual sales budgets.
- Drive sales performance while meeting customer expectations and service standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in sales or customer account management, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver value‑based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Customer‑focused, commercially astute, and solutions‑driven.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
