Job Description

  • Manage and expand existing key accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long‑term, strategic relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions, including product specifications, costing, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, technical, and quality teams to ensure product and service excellence.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and execution of annual sales budgets.
  • Drive sales performance while meeting customer expectations and service standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sales or customer account management, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver value‑based solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer‑focused, commercially astute, and solutions‑driven.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
