To actively participate in business development and marketing activities for the purpose of increasing clientele or prospectus contracts;
To conduct market intelligence research which enablers a better business strategies;
Prepare presentation to potential clients, understand contractual obligations, discuss with Operations and Finance department for price implications and negotiation with potential clients;
Prepare tender or commercial proposal accordingly for the assigned clientele;
Ensure all tender submission are aligned with company LoA;
Initiate and present kick off meeting to operations team upon contract award and briefing on all contractual obligations;
Constant engagement with client to ensure customer satisfaction, this include necessary intervention in contractual fulfillment;
Participate in Operations meeting when necessary, follow up on operational deliveries and mitigate contractual risks;
Liaise with Finance for collections or bills tabulation and ensure collection are in accordance to targeted schedule.
Conduct internal analysis and report in accordance to KPI set;
Prepare monthly utilization and forecasting analysis.
Maintain record and database to ensure smooth tracking and knowledge / information sharing among the team.
Job Requirements:
Experience in a sales, business development and commercial management
At least 8 years working experience with minimal 5 years in Oil & Gas / Marine industry.
Independent, analytical and a persuasive negotiator.
