Job Description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. 

 

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the designated key accounts (hospitality sector) management (new or existing) to develop trust relationships.

2. Participate in analyzing, identifying and definition together with global key account team, on the go to market strategy.

3. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

4. Expanding relationships with new or existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to key customers in a timely manner

6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

7. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external use

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
