Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination and alignment on service expectations
Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
Oversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving ADO growth, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth
Proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies to maintain strong seller engagement and retention rates
Ensure operational performance and SLAs meet agreed service standards through close coordination with internal teams.
Conduct frequent check-ins with key sellers to review performance, address concerns, and align on strategic growth plans
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes
Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (Mandarin is a plus)
Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
