Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination and alignment on service expectations
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
  • Oversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving ADO growth, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth
  • Proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies to maintain strong seller engagement and retention rates
  • Ensure operational performance and SLAs meet agreed service standards through close coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct frequent check-ins with key sellers to review performance, address concerns, and align on strategic growth plans

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes
  • Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Good sense of numbers and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Willing to travel to meet sellers
