Role Overview:
We are seeking a Key Account / Sales Executive to join our team full-time on-site. You will manage relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and oversee the sales process to meet revenue targets. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and engagement with clients to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and suggest solutions that add value.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations for shipment arrangements.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities.
- Track market trends and provide daily updates.
- Prepare sales, profit, and performance reports.
- Follow up on customer payments and resolve client concerns.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, key account management, or logistics/transportation.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with shipping/logistics industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
