- Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales & KPIs
- Understand product offerings to deliver strong recommendations
- Support stock replenishment and basic housekeeping of kiosk
- Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS)
- Collect customer feedback and report recurring concerns or product insights
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the shift
- The frontline vide-maker
- Candidates must possess at least (SPM)
- Sales Experience
- Retail store experience
