Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Kitchen Apprentice - Cold Kitchen is responsible for assisting in the central kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the hotel's culinary operations, and following the hotel's standards and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Culinary Education.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and good communication and teamwork skills.
