Job Description

Job Responsibility

Kitchen Crew/Commis Chef/Demi Chef

  • Plan, directs and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations and workflow in the kitchen.
  • Assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes.
  • To plan and supervise kitchen operation in order to achieve business target.
  • To maintain food quality and improve process of existing services.
  • Ability to work in fast moving environment and multi-tasking.

Service Crew

  • Greet customer and present menu
  • Take and serve food/drink order
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale
  • Keep table clean and tidy
  • Prepare the bill for table when requested
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Kitchen Crew/Commis Chef/Demi Chef

  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience working in a kitchen or F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay.
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.

Service Crew

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or Food & Beverage industry. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
  • Willing to work at Cameron Highlands
