Job Description

Job Responsibility

Service Crew

Handling guests which include:
greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table,
giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink,
introducing guests to our brand and menu including recommending popular menu items of the restaurant, and
providing excellent guest experiences while they are at our restaurant.
Proper and hygienic handling of food and drinks to minimise contamination.
Serving food and drinks on time.
Properly and safely collecting dirty dishes and glasses to the kitchen / bar for cleaning, minimising breakages.

Kitchen Crew

Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations.
Keeping your station area clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
